Organizational Engagement Recovery and Motivation Enhancement Campaign

Conducted as part of a Samsung Electronics DX organizational culture initiative, this project identified three types of low organizational engagement—boredom-driven, burnout-driven, and distrust-driven disengagement—and designed tailored video content and participatory workshop programs. The intervention aimed to foster empathy, restore engagement, and promote behavioral change within the organization.
